It’s important for us, and you to understand whats involved. For this reason we’ve added some questions below that explain and are fully transparent with what happens should you wish to cancel.
We use a templated builder for all websites created on the Monhtly website plans, which is performanced optimised and SEO friendly.
As a result we provide you with some layouts and design styles to chose from. Once selected you then provide your website wording, logo/branding (We can help with this ) and we will put it all together and get you online.
We then provide you with access to manage and update pages from that point on.
When leasing ( paying monthly ) for your website, you are paying for a service, not buying or contributing towards a website payment. We take all the risk in building something of value in hopes for a long term relationship.
You do not own the website and can not take it to another provider unless you execute the right to buy.
The right to buy can be used to stop the monthly payments and or gain full access to the website making it your own website, prices for the right to buy are inline with what
We are human, and we are flexible. Accidently missing a payment due to unforseen circumstanes or holidays we are incredibly understanding, and can be worked around if we are notified and we see it as a viable reason.
However It’s important to maintain your responsibility to pay, we are a service and have costs to keep your leased website online, continued missed payments will result in termination of service without notice.
The websites are built for to be able to tweak and add content yourself, however if there is something you would prefer us to do, ofcourse we’d be happy to do it at our hourly rate.
There is a minimum 3 month subscription, and a 1 month cancelation notice requirement. But other than that you are free to cancel when you wish.
Our process for designing a website begins with an initial consultation to discuss your needs and preferences. We will ask questions about your business, target audience, and design preferences to get a sense of what you are looking for in a website. After the consultation, we will create a custom design and develop the website according to your specifications. We encourage our clients to be as involved as they would like in the design process and welcome feedback and input at every stage.
We are confident with your feedback and our knowledge we will get it right 99% of the time, but we work closely with you until you are happy with the out come, the same as we would if it was a custom build website.
