This isn’t a DIY builder or a page-builder site. It is a proper, lightweight WordPress website with a custom theme, minimal premium or custom plugins, and ongoing support included. Update your own content through simple fields whenever you want, or just ask and we’ll do it.
The build: £500 + VAT one-off. A custom-designed 1–10 page WordPress site, ready in 5–10 working days: custom theme with your branding, mobile responsive, Gravity Forms contact forms, basic on-page SEO and editable content fields. We just need your logo, branding and content, and can help with those too.
Every month: £30 + VAT. Enterprise-level hosting on our own infrastructure, maintenance and security updates, backups four times a day, uptime monitoring, a customer dashboard with analytics, content changes whenever you need them and plugins installed on request.
To put that in perspective: hosting alone typically costs £30 a month and a maintenance plan £80+. You get both, plus more, for £30.
You own your website. After 18 months it is fully yours. Leave earlier and there is a simple fixed buyout of £1,500 + VAT covering the balance of a full custom build; you receive the site and theme in full and we remove our proprietary software.

Can I edit my own website?
Yes. Custom fields let you update your own text and images without technical knowledge. You won’t have full WordPress admin access, because our proprietary software keeps the site fast and secure, but you can change everything a business owner normally needs to, and we install specific plugins on request.

Yes. After 18 months the website is fully yours. Leave before that and there is a fixed buyout fee of £1,500 + VAT covering the difference between what you have paid and a full build. You get the website and custom theme in full; we simply remove our proprietary software.
How long does the build take?
Most websites are completed within 5–10 working days, often sooner, depending on page count and how quickly we receive your content and feedback. In a rush? Tell us and we’ll aim for the deadline.
Can I cancel at any time?
There is a minimum six-month period and we ask for two months’ notice. Beyond that you are free to cancel whenever you wish, and the buyout option is available at any point if you want to take the site with you.
How fast are content changes handled?
Content changes are included in the monthly fee and typically turned around in hours, often minutes. Bigger additions such as a new section or feature get a quick written estimate first so there are never surprise charges.
Can I add SEO or marketing to the package?
Yes, and it works well because the people running your website are the same people doing your SEO. Many clients start with the managed site and add marketing once it is earning.
