WordPress maintenance plans: never the emergency again.
WordPress care plans that keep your site updated, backed up, monitored and fast, handled by the same team that builds and hosts WordPress for a living. You’ll stop thinking about your website, which is exactly the point.

An unmaintained WordPress site is a countdown, not a website
WordPress powers 43% of the web, which makes it the web’s biggest target. Every week without updates widens the gap between your site and the exploits scanning for it. And when it goes wrong, hack, crash, white screen, it goes wrong at the worst moment, with no clean backup to reach for.
A maintenance plan converts that unpredictable disaster into a small, flat monthly cost. It’s insurance where the premium also makes your site faster and better.

All plans run month to month with no lock-in. Running Elementor? See our Elementor care plans. Hacked right now, or inherited a mess? We also do one-off malware removal and recovery, then a care plan keeps it from happening twice.
What happens when an update misbehaves
Most updates install cleanly and nobody notices. The ones that don’t are the reason a care plan exists. Every run on our plans follows the same sequence, so a bad plugin release becomes a short note in your report rather than a broken checkout or a blank homepage.
Snapshot first. A restore point is taken before anything changes, so there is always a known-good version to return to.
Checked after. Pages, forms and, where you have one, the checkout are looked at once the update has run.
Rolled back if needed. A misbehaving plugin goes back to its previous version and is held until the developer fixes it.
You hear about it. Anything held or rolled back is explained in your monthly report, in plain English.
- Updates now run twice daily
- Plugin vulnerability disclosures checked each run
- Tested after every pass
- Included in every plan
The baseline care every site gets, whatever the tier
Tested updates
Core, theme and plugin updates applied on a schedule and checked afterwards, not blind auto-updates that break at 2am.
Verified backups
Nightly off-site backups that we actually restore-test. An unverified backup is a hope, not a plan.
Security monitoring
Malware scanning, login hardening, firewall rules and file-change detection, watching so you don’t have to.
Uptime watch
Your site checked around the clock. If it stumbles, we usually know, and act, before you’re awake.
A human who knows your site
No ticket lottery. The people maintaining your site are the people who answer when you call.
Plain-English reporting
What was updated, what was blocked, what we’d recommend, monthly, in language you don’t need translating.
Why we now update twice a day, not twice a month
Recent months have brought a steady run of security patches and newly disclosed vulnerabilities in third-party WordPress plugins. The gap between a fix being published and attackers scanning for sites still on the old version is now days, sometimes hours. A monthly update window leaves your site exposed for most of that time, so we closed it.
What changed
Every site on a care plan now gets a morning and an afternoon update run instead of one or two passes a month. Core, themes and plugins are checked each time, and anything with a published fix is applied in that same run.
Why it matters
Automated attacks do not wait for a maintenance day. Once a plugin flaw is public, exploit attempts follow quickly and indiscriminately. Shortening the window from weeks to hours removes most of the time your site would otherwise be an easy target.
What stays the same
Faster does not mean careless. Each run still takes a restore point first and is checked afterwards, and a misbehaving release is rolled back. The new cadence applies to every plan, because this is simply what maintenance means now.
Care plan questions
What do the WordPress maintenance plans cost?
Hobby / Blog Maintain starts at £40 a month, Small Business at £80 and Premium Business at £150, all plus VAT and all month to month. The full breakdown is on our pricing page. A site must be fully functional and fault-free before it joins a plan; if it isn’t, we quote a one-off repair first.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
Email support is answered within 3 hours on Hobby / Blog and within 90 minutes on Small Business. Premium Business adds phone support, so you can pick up the phone and speak to the person who looks after your site.
What are the agency licences on Premium Business?
Premium Business clients use our agency licences for Elementor Pro, Gravity Forms and Advanced Custom Fields, saving the annual cost of buying each yourself and keeping every premium plugin legitimately updated.
Can you maintain a site you didn’t build?
Yes, most sites on our plans were built elsewhere. Every new site gets an onboarding audit: logins secured, backups established, plugins reviewed, and a note of anything risky we find.
What’s not included?
New features and redesigns are quoted separately, with plan discounts. Content changes are included from the Small Business tier; Hobby & Blog covers the safety net. Nothing is sprung on you: anything outside the plan gets a written estimate first.
What if the site goes down at a weekend?
Monitoring runs constantly, and Premium Business clients get emergency response priority. For genuine outages we act on detection, not on office hours.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Plans are monthly, cancel any time. Care that needs a lock-in to keep you isn’t care.
Our site is already hacked. Plan or clean-up first?
Clean-up first, a one-off malware removal and recovery job, then a plan to keep it clean. We won’t put a compromised site under care and pretend that’s a fix.
