This isn’t a DIY builder or a page-builder site. It is a proper, lightweight WordPress website with a custom theme, minimal premium or custom plugins, and ongoing support included. Update your own content through simple fields whenever you want, or just ask and we’ll do it.
The build: £499 + VAT one-off. A custom-designed 1–10 page WordPress site, ready in 5–10 working days: custom theme with your branding, mobile responsive, Gravity Forms contact forms, basic on-page SEO and editable content fields. We just need your logo, branding and content, and can help with those too.
Every month: £50 + VAT. Enterprise-level hosting on our own infrastructure, maintenance and security updates, backups four times a day, uptime monitoring, a customer dashboard with analytics, content changes whenever you need them and plugins installed on request.
To put that in perspective: hosting alone typically costs £50 a month and a maintenance plan £80+. You get both, plus more, for £50.
You own your website. The custom theme and design are yours, and you receive full backups of the theme and your data whenever you ask. If you ever moved, the site goes with you; only our proprietary performance and SEO tooling stays behind, and a buy-out for the balance of the build is quoted at the time based on its size. In practice, the service is why people stay.

What do pay monthly websites cost?
A flat £499 + VAT to design and build the site, then a monthly plan from £50 + VAT that includes hosting, maintenance, security, backups and edits. Larger plans are available depending on the size of the site and the functionality you need, such as ecommerce or the AI content editor, and everything is tailored to your budget and fixed in writing.
What do I get for the setup fee?
A fully custom-designed WordPress website, anywhere from 1 to 10 pages, including the design, build, mobile responsiveness, basic SEO setup, contact forms and all licence management. We just need your logo, branding and content, and can help if you don’t have them.
What does the monthly fee cover?

Can I edit my own website?
Yes. Custom fields let you update your own text and images without technical knowledge. You won’t have full WordPress admin access, because our proprietary software keeps the site fast and secure, but you can change everything a business owner normally needs to, and we install specific plugins on request.
Do I own the website?
The custom theme and design are yours from the start, and you can have full backups of the theme and your data at any time. If you ever chose to move, you take the site with you; the only things that stay with us are our proprietary performance and SEO tools, which only run on our systems. A buy-out covering the balance of the build is quoted at the time, based on the size of the site. Most clients never need it: the service is the reason they stay.
How long does the build take?
Most websites are completed within 5–10 working days, often sooner, depending on page count and how quickly we receive your content and feedback. In a rush? Tell us and we’ll aim for the deadline.
Can I cancel at any time?
There is a minimum six-month period and we ask for two months’ notice. Beyond that you are free to cancel whenever you wish, and if you ever want to take the site with you, you can: the theme and design are yours, and any balance on the build is quoted at the time.
How fast are content changes handled?
Content changes are included in the monthly fee and typically turned around in hours, often minutes. Bigger additions such as a new section or feature get a quick written estimate first so there are never surprise charges.
Can I add SEO or marketing to the package?
Yes, and it works well because the people running your website are the same people doing your SEO. Many clients start with the managed site and add marketing once it is earning.
