Can you convert my Lovable app to WordPress?
Yes. Lovable projects export as React with a Supabase backend. We reproduce the screens as a WordPress theme, rebuild the logic as a custom plugin, migrate your Supabase tables and users into WordPress, and host the result on UK servers we run. The same applies to Bolt.new, v0, Replit, Hostinger Horizons and most other builders.
Why rebuild on WordPress rather than clean up the React code?
Cleaning up keeps you on the same rented stack: a database subscription, a hosting plan and a builder, each billed separately and each a dependency you do not control. WordPress gives you a mature, open-source framework with a proven security model, an admin your team can use, an ecosystem for the ordinary parts and a huge pool of developers. For most business apps, that is a better place to own something long term. If your app is genuinely better off as a standalone application, we will tell you.
Will it look the same as my prototype?
Yes, unless you ask us to improve it. The prototype is our design brief. We reproduce the layout, colours, type and flows, and only change things where we can show you a reason, such as accessibility, mobile behaviour or conversion.
What happens to my existing users and data?
They come with you. We export from Supabase, Firebase, Replit or wherever the data sits, map it into WordPress and MySQL, migrate it on a staging copy first, reconcile the counts, then repeat the migration at launch so nothing created in between is lost. Passwords are handled by a secure reset flow rather than being moved in the clear.
My builder does not export code. Can you still help?
Yes. Base44, Wix AI and similar hosted builders keep the code. We work from the live app, your screens and your data exports and rebuild the product rather than the codebase. It is often cleaner that way.
Is WordPress secure enough for a real application?
WordPress runs more than 40% of the web, including banks, governments and newsrooms, and has a dedicated security team. Almost every WordPress incident you have read about comes from abandoned plugins, weak hosting or poor custom code. We write the custom code, choose and audit the plugins, and run the hosting, which removes the usual causes.
Will I own the code?
Yes. The theme and plugin are delivered in a repository in your name, documented, with the hosting and credentials in your name too. If you ever want to move to another developer or host, it goes with you.
How long does a rebuild take?
A small app with a handful of screens and a simple data model is usually a few weeks. Platforms with payments, roles, integrations and large datasets take longer. We scope it before quoting, so the timeline we give you is one we can keep.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many screens, how much logic, whether there are payments or integrations, and how much data moves. We quote a fixed figure in writing after a walkthrough, with ongoing hosting and care as a clear monthly amount. Get in touch and we will come back within one working day.
Can you keep using AI to build the WordPress version faster?
We do, where it helps, with an engineer reviewing every line that ships. Speed from AI, accountability from people. That combination is the whole service.
What if my prototype is already fine?
Then we will say so. Part of the audit is telling you honestly whether it needs rebuilding, hardening in place, or leaving alone. Nobody pays for an opinion.
