What do the WordPress maintenance plans cost?
Hobby / Blog Maintain starts at £40 a month, Small Business at £80 and Premium Business at £150, all plus VAT and all month to month. The full breakdown is on our pricing page. A site must be fully functional and fault-free before it joins a plan; if it isn’t, we quote a one-off repair first.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
Email support is answered within 3 hours on Hobby / Blog and within 90 minutes on Small Business. Premium Business adds phone support, so you can pick up the phone and speak to the person who looks after your site.
What are the agency licences on Premium Business?
Premium Business clients use our agency licences for Elementor Pro, Gravity Forms and Advanced Custom Fields, saving the annual cost of buying each yourself and keeping every premium plugin legitimately updated.
Can you maintain a site you didn’t build?
Yes, most sites on our plans were built elsewhere. Every new site gets an onboarding audit: logins secured, backups established, plugins reviewed, and a note of anything risky we find.
What’s not included?
New features and redesigns are quoted separately, with plan discounts. Content changes are included from the Small Business tier; Hobby & Blog covers the safety net. Nothing is sprung on you: anything outside the plan gets a written estimate first.
What if the site goes down at a weekend?
Monitoring runs constantly, and Premium Business clients get emergency response priority. For genuine outages we act on detection, not on office hours.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Plans are monthly, cancel any time. Care that needs a lock-in to keep you isn’t care.
Our site is already hacked. Plan or clean-up first?
Clean-up first, a one-off malware removal and recovery job, then a plan to keep it clean. We won’t put a compromised site under care and pretend that’s a fix.
